God Said “Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy. In it thou shalt not do any servile work…etc.” This is being preached within the Christian churches as being one of the commandments that we are to keep. And rightly so. Yet, no one seems to know when the Sabbath is, and even worse, no one cares!
Most Christians think the Sabbath day is the Sunday. But as I mentioned in a previous post, you cannot understand the Bible until you understand the first three chapters of Genesis. And most Christians have not read the first three chapters of Genesis. Oh they might have sat in Sunday school and listened as the teacher read the story, but they have never really paid any attention to the information contained in those verses.
“And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.” Genesis 2:2
“And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.” Genesis 2:3
Could God have said it any clearer than that?
Seriously. Could He have?
God says “keep the seventh day”, which is the last day, or Saturday; and Christianity says to “keep the first day”, which is Sunday. But once again, Christianity, the anti-christ system, decided to make a 180 degree turn on God and do exactly the opposite of what He instructed.
